Got letter from United States Trademark Registration Office, 633 West Fifth St, 28th Flr, LA, CA. it did not have phone number. said in fine print "this is a solicitation". However, the form of the solicitation looked like a bill. There was No phone number. their service (to renew my registered trademark) was for $375. it costs me $100 to do it directly with the government, uspto.gov. Can't better business be alerted?

The company is a scam. The name of the company is misleading. I don't know why it has not been shut down a long time ago... I still see the letter from time to time as well.
