United Temporary Services John Reagan Work Completed but Never Got Paid Internet

I was hired as a privated contractor by John Reagan of United Temporary Services in February 2010 to install 3 Ping Golf displays in 3 Golf Galaxy Stores in Rochester, Buffalo and Syracuse. I was promised to be paid $150 for each installation. I performed the installation and followed all of John's requirements from taking all the required pictures, having a customer satisfaction report filled out and filing all the necessary paperwork with John.

As of today, September 12, 2010, I have not been paid the $450 that is owed to me. I have called John at least 100 times asking for payment, when he answers the phone. I have left numerous messages leaving my address and asking for a check from him, Certified only. I have gotten lip service from John everytime I talked to him, "I will mail out your money next week". Well, next week never comes.

Now the latest on this story, John says he has cancer and that he might lose his eye. Well, I'm sorry but I don't believe one word from this man. I have been unemployed for 18 months and I needed that monney to help pay bills. After numerous unanswered phone calls I finally contacted him this morning, 9/12/10, and it was the same crap as I have heard throughout the entire time I have been contacting him, I have cancer and I don't know if I can pay my health bills. Too f'ing bad John. You need to live up to your responsibilities and pay the people you haired to do work for you that by the way you did get paid for.

This situation has made me very skeptical about working for out of state people and all of you "good" employers will be hurt by the fall out of this company, United Temporary Services and John Reagan.
