This towing company has a contract with McDonalds resturant off of 3802 Gaston Ave, Dallas Tx 75246.  I went into this McDonalds to apply for a part time job, the store was packed so I decided to take a walk around the block and come back only to see that my car was gone! When I went into the store and asked what happened they were very rude and told me that when I left out of the parking lot my car had been towed.

Apparently you can not leave your car in their parking lot  for any reason what so ever without being towed. The guy that towed my car as well as other vehicle sits in a black Ranger truck without any plates on it so he can't be identified. He watches as each person pulls up and goes into the store and if you leave he goes around the corner and gets his tow truck and tows your car. One lady was inside and had to run across the street to get some money from the bank to pay for her meal and when she was done eating she came out to her car gone as well.

It cost me $170.30 to get my car back, McDonalds and everyone involved in this are very rude. I called the corporate office to see what was going on with a spy tower in the parking lot and they acted like they didn't know what was going on and decided to do an investigation on the situation. When she called me back she told me that she could not give me my money back because the tow truck company told her that I left the property at 1:50pm and my car was towed at 2:19pm.

When I asked her if she had proof of it she yelled at me and said that I should have never left the store and hung up on me. I tried to explain to them that the towing signs are not in front of the store but are on the opposite side of the lot by the sidewalk and that I was not parked in that area but was in front of the store. According to them everyone that left their vehicle on the premisis for any reason was stealing from McDonalds!!! When I called the corporate office of McDonalds again and told the woman that her facts were wrong about the time I was there, of course they did not answer or return my calls.

I was at my drs appt during the time that the towing company told them that I left the property, so there is no way that I was gone the time during the 30 minutes I was accused of.  Bottom line both McDonalds and United Tows are crooks and I am having a hard time getting justice. I have pictures of the towing signs and pics of where I was parked. This has been an on going issue with both companies and something needs to be done!!! Any suggestions on what to do please let me know.
