United Travel Agency I made an appointment to pick up my PRIZE. Glad I found this site before I left the house! Northbrook Illinois

I received a phone message left by "Susan" at the "awards claim center prize award" that I should call director "Chris" to set up the receipt of one of the following prizes:
2009 Lincoln Navigator
Paid vacation to Mexico
$2500 in cash
32" HD Sharp TV.

Called Chris at 800-577-7137 x8063 and he told me that all I had to do to claim the prize that I had won is set up a time to come to 1935 Shermer Road, Northbrook Illinois. He asked me if we earned over $40,000 a year. When I asked why he needed that information, he told me, "This is just to verify that you can afford the taxes on the $45,000 Lincoln Navigator".
He said that the Agency was just "handling" the prize awarding.

After I set up the time, he gave me a claim number. He told me that I should bring 2 sources of I.D.; a driver's license and a credit card. At the very end he said that I should be on time in order to get the whole 90-minute presentation. He also asked if I was familiar with lottery scratch-off cards. I said, "Yes, I am" and asked him why. He said that after the presentation, I would receive a card to scratch off and find out which prize I had won. I asked why I would have to do that and he said that by doing it that way, I would be "choosing my own prize"--What??? After hearing that, I checked them out on the Internet and found them listed on Ripoff Report. Thank goodness for this website!
