United Vacation Network ripoff Sales People are liars Largo Florida

Ethical employees, what a joke. Look at Christy Daniel (not Daniels) criminal record under Pinellas County Court Records, she obtained her record from Suntasia a company now shut down by the FTC and the Attorney General's office. She is only one of many they have working there. Let's see if they will provide a listing of all of the "ethical" employees 1st and last name so we could check up on their criminal records, which is public record. Training is non-exisitant and they are told to find the discounts wherever they can, a discount is a discount and even though they were told savings of up to 70% off if we get them 1% that's all we need to do.

Christy Daniel has represented herself to myself and others as the "Legal Consul" for United Vacation Network. When challenged by me to reply whether she was a member of the Florida Bar, all of a sudden her title changed to "Member Services".

Further, when I contacted her to demand our release from our contract under the Federal Cooling Off Rule (72 hours for a no reason required cancellation of any contract in the United States) she became abusive, would not let me get in any comments, and was yelling on the phone.

Ms Daniels is under probation from the Florida Department of Corrections having served a three years prison sentence for Grand Theft over $100,000 in the First Degree. Her DC number is R34759, and this information can be verified on the DC web site. When the dust settles, Ms Daniels will be shown to not be an asset to United Vacation Network.

Ms. Daniels' righteous rebuttals to the legal and just complaints from ordinary citizens who have been entrapped in UVN's fraudulent and undeliverable claims should be treated for what they are: smear tactics used in an attempt to discredit the correct and justified complaints against this unlawfully operating company.

We only employee individuals who abide by our company policies, and our strict code of ethics when dealing with consumers and informing those of our companies benefits. All of our employees are trained in great detail and are provided detailed guidelines that must be followed when speaking with our members or the public.

Any and all promises that are made by a representative of United Vacation Network are detailed in our purchase agreements and are fulfilled one hundred percent.

This complaint is not even a valid complaint and seems very misleading to the general public about the operations of our business.
