LARRY BLACKMAN HEAD OF THE TEXAS DIVISION OF UNITED YACHTS HAS MADE NUMEROUS FALSE STATEMENTS WHICH SHOWS THESE PEOPLE SHOULD NOT BE DEALT WITH. LARRY SAID...
"OUR FLORIDA YACHT BROKER LAWRENCE PIRRITINO IS ALLOWED TO DO SIDE DEALS ON HIS OWN FOR COMMISSION"
HE ALSO WENT ON TO SAY..
" THE U.S. COAST GUARD DID ALLOW THE AUCTION TO HAPPEN AND BACKED IT 100%"
WHEN ASKED ABOUT THEIR BROKER LAWRENCE TAKING THEIR CLIENT MC CARTHY TO THE HIDDDEN LOCATION OF YACHT AND TELLING HIM " KEEP IT HIDDEN"
LARRY SAID "WHATS WRONG WITH THAT"

UNITED YACHT SALES AS OF TODAY STILL KNOWS THEY BROKE SEVERAL LAWS UNDER THE FLORIDA YACHT AND SHIP BROKERS ACT. BUT BECAUSE HOW BAD IT WILL LOOK ON THEIR COMPANY STILL TRY TO DEFEND " WE DIDNT DO A THING"
I GUESS THEY DIDNT IF LYING TO A CUSTOMER OF THEIRS THEY REPRESETED AT THIS SALE IS OK
IF TELLING A BROKER TO PUT HIS COMMISSION MONEY INTO HIS PRIVATE ACCOUNT WHEN THE LAW SAYS " ALL MONIES MUST GO INTO AN ESCROW ACCOUNT" AND THATS OK
IF TELLING YOUR BROKER ITS OK GO REPRESENT SOMEONE AT A YACHT SALE AND YOU DONT HAVE TO BE A BROKER YOU CAN DO IT ON YOUR OWN IS OK
IF WITHOLDING FACTS ABOUT THE SALE FROM THEIR OWN CUSTOMER WHOM THEY HAVE A SALES AGREEMENT WITH IS OK
IF MAKING MANY FALSE STATEMENTS ON THE INTERNET IS OK
OH YES AND THEIR OTHER CUSTOMER THAT COME FORWARD WHERE THEY SENT HIM TO VIEW A YACHT WITH A FALSIFIED MARINE SURVEY THEN BOUNCED A CHECK FOR HIS EXPENSES IS OK
OH AND AFTER THE SALE AND BEING EXPOSED PETER SCHMIDT( OWNER )TOLD OFFICIALS " I TOLD LAWRENCE PIRRITINO HE WOULD HAVE TO DO THIS DEAL ON HIS OWN" ( PRIVATE)
I THINK THE FLORIDA YACHT AND SHIP BROKERS ACT IS CLEAR ON THE FACTS THAT IF YOU REPRESENT THE BUY OR SELL OF A BOAT/YACHT OVER 33 FEET FOR A COMMISSION YOU MUST BE A BROKER....
I THINK PETER AND HIS GANG WERE SLEEPING ON THAT PART OF THE TEST. ANYONE CAN GOOGLE FLORIDA YACHT AND SHIP BROKERS ACT AND SEE THEY BROKE THE LAW SEVERAL TIMES.
THE BUYER THEY TOOK TO THIS ILLEGAL SALE CAN BE REACHED AT HIS COMPANY BY GOOGLING
AMELIA RIVER CRUISES- ASK FOR KEVIN HE WILL VERIFY NOT ONLY WAS THE LAW BROKEN THEY LIED AND WITHELD INFORMATION FROM HIM
WELL TEXAS BOATERS YOU SEE WHAT A SCUMBAG LAWBREAKING COMPANY THIS IS. MYSELF AND OTHER BROKERS ARE OUT TENS OF THEOUSAND OF DOLLARS BECAUSE UNITED YACHTS BROKE THE LAW. DONT BE THEIR NEXT VICTIM...

Why haven't you sued them and the alleged government officials that you continue to slander if you are right?
Why have you stopped slandering the government officials that deemed everything was done correctly? Threatened with a suit there too?
And why do you keep alleging that others agree with you when there is no one that does? Why do you talk to yourself through different screen names? When are you finally going to accept the summons and appear in court?
Why does the price of this canoe keep getting grossly misrepresented in each newer posting about it's alleged value?

OK, check this out. United Yachts Sales is tired of Robert's games. In order to help clear their name, they've posted the Florida Department of Business and Professional Regulations (DBPR) report on this issue. Very interesting to see what they had to say. Go to unitedyachts dot us and read the report for yourself. The links are in the upper right hand corner of the site.
Bottom line is, the boat was seized by Ocean Key House for back dockage and auctioned off. The dock agreement conveyed to Robert when he purchased the dive business from Fred Gatchell allowed them to do just that.

united yachts peter schmidt is now desperate again. his broker lawrence pirritino is running around telling everyone peter is trying for extortion. this man is a pathetic scumbag. so pathetic i bet his wifes pround of him. he lies-uses unethical practices,breaks laws and when exposed.. oh my god its extortion....
i was surprised to find out this pathetic scumbag was even married myself but she must enjoy his money anyway he screws people to get it.
extortion- thats to funny peter boy, now grow up and take one for the team. its you who allowed your scumbag brokers to falsify information-commingle money-lie to your customers.
