Horrible company. I order a Sony power supply for a monitor and they sent me a used power supply made in China that didn't fit the monitor. The part they sent was completely different from the one they show in the picture. I contacted them and they told me to return it and to refer to their return policy which states that they do not give refunds for return shipping. I sent them back the part and had to send them several emails to ask for a refund for shipping. Finally they refunded my shipping costs then ended up refunding my total purchase amount saying they sold out of the power supply I originally ordered!!

Thanks UnitedSale.com for wasting 4 weeks trying to get the right power supply and several hrs. of sending emails and having to re-ship a wrong part. What a waste of time! I have a feeling they never had the right part in stock and just sent me a used piece of junk, banking on the fact few people actually take the time to return it, especially when they say they aren't going to pay for return shipping.

This is the worst company and should be shut down. Do not do business with this company!
