My experience with Universal Diagnostic Solutions, Portable Ultrasound Review: I purchased a chinese portable ultrasound system from Universal Diagnostic Solutions last year with the notion that their units are just as good as any other main brand system. This company promised me the ultrasound system was new, reliable and had great image quality. False. Image quality is extremely poor, and the system is extremely confusing and cumbersome to use. Not to mention the issues i've had with the system Less than a year after my purchase, my machine is having issues , freezing, randomly shutting down, not recognizing the transducers, and Uiversal Diagnostic Solutions has been extremely slow returning calls and emails to offer any assistance. I'm now having to work directly with the manufaturer to solve my issue. This is a nightmare, I'm losing business every day this portable ultrasound system from UDS is down. Please don't fall for the smoke and mirrors, it may seem like a good deal at first, please take it from me. I would not buy a portable ultrasound from Universal Diagnostic Solutions again. Universal Diagnostic Solutions does not know their products, and does not stand by them after it's been delivered. Beware of UDS ultrasound.
