Universal Adcom Billed for orders not placesed Arlinton Texas

We signed up with this company a couple of years ago for advertisementpurposes (magnets), They told us that they were affiliated with the chamberof commerce for the areas that our company works in.

After coming to therealization that this company is a fraud and does not distribute thesemagnets to the chambers or any other places that they stated they deliverthem to, we asked them to stop calling and told them we were no longer interested in using them.

Since that time they have billed us for magnets wedidn't order. we paid for those magnets and again asked them to not call usanymore but they continue to call a couple of times a week and this has beengoing on for over a year.

Today was the final straw and that is why I amsubmitting this complaint. I had a lady from Universal Adcom call thismorning saying they receive a message that that we no longer wish to receive the magnets (after countless times over the past year asking them to stopcalling us)and if there was any changes we would like to make to our final order.

 I looked them up on the BBB website today and there is a long writeup with 359 complaint exactly as what we have experience with this company.They have also contacted us through these other names they use.
