I was contacted that I won a large sum of money and must submit my personal information along with a copy of my driveras license to a paul brown at Universal Express Courier LTD and then Id be responsible for paying them a fee to receive my "winnings". I found your site where the same people had done the same to them so I deceided to file a complaint so that it would show they are still doing this. I havent sent anything to them.
