Universal Auto Plaza/Kenan Moose Scammed me out of my money put down on a car Orlando Florida

We hate to accused of unfortunate situations and wish every one of our clients a successful relationship with their lender and themselves. 

We attempted to purchase said client a vehicle. Unfortunatly it is beyond difficult to assist a client when they purposly falsified payroll from his employer in hopes of increasing his monthly income to get a vehicle loan. It was then AFTER he took possession of his 2006 BMW 545 fully loaded extremly clean vehicle that his story started to change. It was then left in my lap to verify his income which came back FAKE. It was in my best ideals to sell his account for half the worth and allow him to keep driving. After countless phone calls informing him that he has a payment the car was finally reposseed due to a first payment default clause. 

We inform our customers that they need to be upfront and honest with us. 

As for his "refund" unfortunatly the damages and mileage and condition placed upon our luxury unit surpasses any monies he placed down. We only asked that he respected us and our property and neither was completed. 

I, kenan moose, was acting in occordance to the florida laws and statue and looking out for the best interest knowing that this customer did not or was never going to make his payments and just give me excuses after excuses.
