HELLO,
I TRIED FRIDAY BUT I MISSED YOU AND I JUST GOT OFF THE PHONE WITH A PERSON FROM YOUR COMPANY AND IM UNSATISFIED WITH THE WORK AND ORDER HOW THIS HAS COME ABOUT.

I USED THE ONLINE SYSTEM WHICH WAS SET UP AND IT ASKED ME ALL THE SPECIFICS THAT WAS NEEDED FOR MY VEHICLE. SO ITS NOT MY FAULT THAT IT DOESN'T FIT.

SO NOW IM PAYING $35.00 FOR SHIPPING AND ANOTHER SPECIAL MADE CHARGE FOR MY BOLT PATTERN FOR MY 2000 FORD EXPEDITION. FOR A TOTAL OF $89.00

I'VE ALREADY PAID $135.00 UP FRONT BEFORE I EVEN GOT THE PRODUCT THAT DOESN'T FIT.

SO NOW THATS $135.00 PLUS $89.70 TOTALING $228.70 NO THANKS!!!!!!!!!

SO IM SHIPPING IT BACK TO YOUR COMPANY. JUS CHARGE ME THE 30% RESTOCKING FEE AND BE DONE WITH IT.

Our company policies (as stated on our website) are no returns on custom built parts which includes custom bolt pattern sheilds. The sales person you spoke with on the phone reguarding a return was correct in doing their job in refusing to return the custom built items. In most situations we would not be able to do anything additional to help you at this point. However, due to the situation and the fact that you are 100% convinced you ordered the correct items we would like to compromise on a solution that would make you happy. There is a possibility (although I have no idea how) that paypal somehow decided to switch the vehicle from an expedition to an explorer. Please give us a call at your earliest convinience as we would like to discuss options avalible to make you a happy customer. unsatisfied with whole order. for my 2000 ford expedition

so i shipped back the product after the person gave me a r.m.a number so when they got the product they would know what it was for. ( return the product to seller and refund my back to my credit card after the bull s**t 30% restocking fee')

but low and behold now there's a problem cause i painted the rim dust covers ( inwhich i told them that cause i was waiting for my rims to arrive ) but i did paint them black. well i could see if i painted them red, purple or some odd color. but now there un sellable.

so do you think there gonna ship them back to me no! but i bet there gonna resell them!! all ready painted black.

so now the guy tells me i have to purchase the rim dust covers again at $134.00 ( but the guy cant tell me why the price switches to $124.00 on the wesite but that the site has problems lol lol lol ) scam!!

no s*** it has problems!!

do not shop here cause if you do the product might come wrong and your screwed or if you paint it your screwed.....

so when you get it go and have it put on 1st and if it doesn't fit then its gonna be you fault cause you ordered for the wrong vehicle......
