Sammy Ramos uses bait and switch tactics to lure customers in. He convinces them they are getting one thing when at the end, after he chares 1,000 dollars in fees he switches it around and gives you something different. If you tell him you don't want it he will inform you that the fees are non-refundable. They will then ignore your phone calls and when you finally get ahold of him he will transfer you to the owner who is Ross. Ross is a low life scum bag and he treats his customers like s**t. He will tell and scream at you and tell you that you are in the wrong. I don't know how they live with themselves over there. After the 1,000 dollar fee, if you choose not to move forward they will charge you 1,000 more!!! Beware of the data sheet!!!!! Do not sign the data sheet!!!!!!

I have worked for this company for a long time now and know for a fact that if this was the case you dealt with all matters would have been fixed for you before coming to a website to say that you are "Not Happy". Sammy Ramos does not lure any of his customers in. Each customer we have here at Universal Funds reads and signs agreements to do business with us, which obviously you did because you state not to sign the data sheet. The data sheet is simply a invoice for our services. No one works for free.

I am sure you could understand that! As for being ignored, we dont ignore any one with concerns about the way we work. As for pawning phone calls off to Ross Balula, that does not happen. Each sales person directly deals with their customers one on one! Also upon looking up this address, town and state it shows that we have never worked for or with anyone from this area. So if you read this feel free to call in and let us know how we could accommodate in making you feel better about your services with Universal Funds.

Thanks and sorry you feel the way you do but we run our business 100%! (Also could you please provide proof that this occurred, since we have no customers in the area you are referencing) If there are any questions for any consumers who read this feel free to contact me directly via email which is knowotynski@umsfunds.com or via telephone 860-343-0826 ex.100 and ask for Kelly (Office Manger). Thank - You!
