Universal Home Services FBK Products This company Scammed us out of $1000's! DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM! The Warranty is a fraud! West Palm Beach, Florida

We first purchased septic products from FBK several years ago. We were subsequently contacted by the same people and purchased a septic warranty and home appliances warranty. Premiums of about $340 per year were paid for over 4 years. This alone totaled nearly $1500. In 2011 our AC/ heating unit quit. Universal Home Services company was contacted. They (Clint) said to go ahead and have it repaired and forward the invoices to them by fax. Invoices totaling about $1300 were forwarded to them via fax.

Since that time while we were still paying premiums, we were given the run-around. We called first of the year and were told a check will go out the following Friday. A month later, since we never received the check, we called and were then notified that their records were with the auditors, but they will try to get them to release them. A month later we requested a refund of all our premiums, since their obligation was never honored. Besides, this was a selling point of the company being that if you never had need for service repairs, you could get a refund of all premiums paid.

We have made several attempts to speak with them concerning this issue to no avail. But the last phone conversation was with someone who had no idea what was going on and couldn't find any record of any repairs done. We mailed a final request for payment, but by no surprise, we were ignored. This is a warning to any customer or customers-to-be to never buy into this scam. Stop your premium payments immediately because you are throwing your dollars into the toilet and none of their septic products can clean up that mess!
