Received phone call on 1/29/09 from Tony. Wanted to know if I was interested in selling my Flordia time share. Said he had a buyer at $15500.00 (I only paid $8000.00 for it in 2006) He wanted upfront title search money $1397.24. I told him no and he asked if I would be willing to spit cost with buyer. I told him to send me copy of contract agreement so I could have my attorney look at it. In the mean time I found your web sight and just wanted you to know that I appreciate your report and thankfully didn't fall for this "RIPOFF! Thank you, David

Received phone call from Tony, at Universal Marketing Solutions in Delray Beach Flordia on 1/29/09. Wanted to know if I was interested in selling my Flordia timeshare. Said he had a buyer at $15,500.00 ( I only paid $8000.00 for it in 2006) He wanted upfront money for title search in the amount of $1397.24 I told him know so he asked if I would be will to split the cost with the buyer. I told him to send me a copy of the contract agreement so I could have my attorney look at it.

In the meantime I found your websight and just wanted you to know I found your report on this company and didn't fall for this "RIPOFF". Thank you and the other contributors for your oversight in situations like these! David in Illinois
