On Saturday May 3, 2008 at around 8:42 AM (Mountain Time) I went to an ATM machine located inside a Diamond Shamrock store on 9052 Alameda Street. The first transaction I tried was to withdraw $300.00 gave me an error message:

0625-17850 WITHDRAWAL INCOMPLETE INVALID AMOUNT
I then tried a withdrawal for a smaller amount of $200.00 and the ATM did the usual procedure as I waited for the money to come out of the machine, the screen went blank and gave a quick error message which I didn't have enough time to read, but that said something about network communications error or something about network. I immediately notified the person who was working at the time at the counter for Diamond Shamrock. This person said that it was not the first time that this particular ATM had done that to customers, that there have been various incidents when people try to withdraw money and the ATM never gives them their money, but the withdrawal appears on their debit cards.

In other words, the ATM did everything as it normally does except for the fact that it didn't give me my $200.00 I was trying to withdraw from the stupid machine. . I spoke to someone from Wal-Mart money card trying to stop them from paying the ATM and nobody could help me. The $200.00 that I am missing are from my payroll which are keeping me behind on necessities I have for my family. If anyone knows if there is a legal action that can be taken against Universal money, please help. It has been more than a month and I still have not heard a word from Universal money to fix their screw up.

with your bank. They will contact Universal and get the audits tapes & video from the ATM. When they confirm the money was not dispensed they can adjust your account.
