I purchased a Universal Promotions travel package which included: 3/2 in Orlando, and included 2 day Star passes for Universal Studion; 3/2 of oceanfront accomodations on Cocoa Beach; 5/4 right on the beach in Cacun, Mexico.

I tried to make my reservations, and their phone number has been disconnected with no information available.

The contract number is: TR100401
