Universal Subscription Agency ripoff Las Vegas Nevada

Had a knock on my door one afternoon, and it was these kids yall are talkng about selling magazines for U.S.A.. He talked very fast and even said my neighboor bought some magazines and I should also.

I really didnt have the money, but I wanted to help the kid out. I picked one magazine from his list and it was 69.00!! I almost told him never mind. He told me he was in first place, and if I gave him cash he would get extra points for his trip to Cancun.

Luckely, i didnt have any cash on me. So I wrote the check anyways, he put the little "BUG OFF" paper on the door and went on his way. That was in Aug 2006, here it is Oct. 2006, and I havent recieved my magazines!!

Iam going to the bank in the morning and calling the BBB on this place. It the address even right? The check on the back has "INCLEARINGS DALLAS TEXAS and NEVADA BANK AND TRUST, and BANK OF AMERICA.

So which bank is it?! I hope I can get the check stopped even though its been so long.
