This situation began in February of 2011 whe I was contacted by Bryan Leone with a garunteed sale of my timeshare units in the wyndham resort inn Senerville Tn know as Governor's Crossing and the Bonnet Creek location in Orlando Fl. I was told that he was sitting across from the buyers snd that they had been approved for the purchase of my unit in Tennesse. This has not occured as of this date ( 3/30/ 2012}. I have made many inquiries as to the progress and as of this date I have gotten nothing but delays and excuses. The same thing has occurred with the unit in Orlando Fl. I have been in contact with several legal concerns with not usable information, I strongly feel that it should not take over a year to complete these sale especially since the orlando resort was supposed to be a cash sale. It seems that each time that I contact universal I am given another delay. have contacted the police dept in Beaverton and when they went to the address listed on the sale contract, they could not find that location . I have just recently learned that this was not a correct address, but rather a drop-off location. The address that I have listed in this report is supposed to be the office location. I strongly feel that I have been taken advantage of and each time I try to contact mr. leone he has only returned my call one time in the past year.
