I applied to this university but NEVER attended nor enrolled.  They are charging me for three semesters worth of tuition.  I have written to them, and they have refused to provide me with validation of the debt nor correction of the records.  I NEVER ENROLLED NOR ATTENDED THIS SCHOOL!!!!!  Is even mo ludicrous, when I was attending another college when they claimed that I took classes with them!!!

I'm am not in anyway shape or form affiliated with the college you are complaining about, however in order for a school to legally be allowed to get money for your supposed education you must sign an MPN ( Master Promissary Note) in order for them to have a way to tell the government or banks that you agreed to have your classes-semesters paid for by them. Without and MPN or signed documents that show you agreed to it, there would be no way that they could receive the money from them in the first place. Maybe you should review the NSLDS.edu website and see when you may have or may not have signed such and agreement and how much they have truly taken as far as funding goes. Wish you the best of luck.
