University Of Phoenix , Axia College, Apollo Group UOP is avoiding me and lying to me about my pell grant money. Internet

I started attending Axia college in May of this year. I have been satisfied with the education aspect of it, but thus far I am disgusted with the financial aid counselor and the financial aid office. I was told on July 8, 2010 if I faxed my tax return papers in that I would be eligible for my Pell Award. When asking him when i would receive it his response was ten days. Well i waited fourteen days and still no check. I emailed him back and he said you wont be getting a check. They needed my w2's also and he never told me that. He said I could either fax my w2's or a separation of income form. He never bothered to explain the whole process to me. He was in a hurry to get off the phone. I sent my w2s and that still did not fix the problem. Two weeks later I had the opportunity to discuss this problem with a financial aid officer. I was told then that all I needed was a separation of income form and that would fix the problem. Now after faxing that in, it has been since last week, I was told that all he had to do was initiate the file. and I would receive my award letter. I was told by financial aid that my file was easy and that it would take 15 days to get my award letter and  possible my check. Then the story changed again. "We are not allowed to initiate any files", I was told by my finance counselor. He said it would be September after first telling me August before they could do the initiation process. Now, yesterday the financial aid office told me that I could not have any files initated till September which would mean I could not even find out what my award is till October. Now Keep in mind that Student loans pay for every bit of my education. I was told that finance counselor would try to get me some money for my education supplies. That was what I relied on. I thought he was telling me the truth. The stories have been so different every day. I have had the chance to read about lawsuits about this college on the internet. I have seen the actual lawsuits In PDf form. I do not know what else to do. This is like banging my head against the wall. They take every bit of my financial aid money and give me nothing. I am not receiving any concrete answers from any of them. How could a large institution like this be clueless. I feel they are hiding something or manipulating my money. Does any one have any answers?
