University of Phoenix money scam Arizona Internet
*General Comment: Your Post Is Just Out Of Anger
The academic advisors lie about the cost to attend each semester. They never said i had to pay for my classes seperately. I took out additional loans to help with my finances and to purchase things i need to be a successful student. I am only to receive a very small portion of my loans because they are trying to hold on to my loans for the next semester. WOW! I am 44 yrs old. This alone qualifies me to handle my own monies. I am going back to a community college because I can not be affiliated with a bunch of liars and thieves...

No Offense MRS. 44 year old but your lies coming out of your mouth are foolish. You say that @ 44 yr's old you could manage your own funds properly when you cant even understand what the website states compared to your advisor. Once again. 10200 dollars per year for associates as stated on the site includes books and resource fees. 14400 online as well for bachelors program. 9500 max per year as a first year student in student loans and that is for EVERYONE in the COUNTRY. 5645 per year MAX PELL GRANT for ANYONE in the COUNTRY. 99% of the time when people want to MANAGE their own funds. they are trying to get a check from the government for school to go and spend on other things. this is the way financial aid works. your government is giving you a loan for EDUCATION period. they send that money to the school first. if you from grants and loans are more than the cost of tuition you will get a refund. that refund will be dispursed in 2 dispursements. meaning if you borrow 1000 extra you will get two 500 dollar dispursements. thats it. it works the same for every single student across the country for whatever school they are going to. So, in all honesty either A you didn't listen to your advisor and are ranting or B you were trying to fraud the government and got caught in your own misfortunes which is great that that happened. University of Phoenix is regionally accredited through the Higher learning Commission, just had it reinstated for 10 more years which is the max and has the same governing body that oversees the school as MOST UNIVERSITIES in the COUNTRY. LOOK IT UP!. If you decide to be a cash paying student just like any other school in the country they want the money up front and you will pay for each class like you have stated. even your community college will do the same thing. Have a great day!
