I am a victim of UOP student loan fraud, I withdrew from this poor excuse of a school after being continuously harassed in class by other students and since I withdrew the correct way my student loan was never received BY ME but was received by UOP and they NEVER returned it, now I am faced with a Government loan I never cashed or even knew I had, I am fortunate I have their own stationary and school letterhead to prove it was supposed to be returned. salle Mae has instructed me to write to the Dept of education to begin a long and drawn out road of red tape that I am sure will be more costly to handle than I can afford but they are doing this to MANY so I will endure it and so should anyone who is their VICTIM
