Uniway Very deceptive practices, piggybacked off of Walmarts booth at Fair implying they were Walmart Columbia South Carolina

Was at the fair, saw a booth for walmart giving away a $100 gift card, The booth was already shut down for the evening, but the sweepstakes entry box was still on thier table.. My wife filled out a form and that was that. 3 weeks later I receive a call from Uniway trying to sell me a membership to thier company, the lady I talked to said "we are like Sam's club. I said I know no instance of filling out any sweepstakes to thier company. She then began saying I filled out one of thier sweepstake forms for a 25000 home makeover, I said I did no such thing as the only thing we applied for was the gift card. I pressed on and was handed off to a supervisor (I wanted to determine how my information was received) The supervisor said I filled out thier application (Uniway) and that the 25000 home make over had been changed, the prize is now a new Prius, this of course is another switch. Again I explained I had not filled out his form, this man then started yelling at me, calling me a liar and how I should never question his integrity.. Very deceptive to put one of thier 'Giveway" boxes at the Walmart booth just to get your information.
