 We found Moore Effective Media, now Untethered Media on CopyBlogger.com and retained their services for our content marketing project. We spoke to Casey Siemasko and Dan Moore about our project and they gave us a quote of $2,295. Casey sent us an invoice for $2,295, requesting 50% upfront and 50% upon completion. We sent Casey and Dan the full $2,295 since Casey said she would fullfil her obligation and complete the project. Due to unforseen events, our firm lost the exclusivity with New York State and we had to cancel the project. Casey and Dan started the project however, they completed less than 30% of the work and refused to issue any refunds towards our account even when we offered them 50% of the proceeds. Casey and Dan are taking advantage of small business through unethical business practices and we will bring awareness through all social platforms and find a way to spread the word and prevent them from stealing from consumers.
