On October 14, 2012 Upstar USA Group customer name Mr. Dilip- Calimesa CA file a conmplaint about :
1. 24 unit-32" LED TV have defective speaker.
2. in the 72 hours I come to visit this motel with my attorney Mr. Edward Operini to fine out what is the problem with this 24 unit all same Issue.
3. We get to his motel check all room do fine out the TV to close the wall technically Upstar TV have swan song if the TV to colse the wall the song will going to the wall
4. After we check and determine schedule pick up for retarn for full refund
5. About week we get all 24 unit 32" TV back my WH same day we have send the over night refund to him, and case is colse .
6. I am write this today because two years this conmplaint still on your web, please take off.
