Went to take the questionnaire...the questionnaire is about having schools contact you about enrollment after you give them your info and interests. Has nothing to do with an open postion with UAH as they say they are an investment firm.

At first I was excited but wondered why I was being asked for more education information when it was asked for through the site Sun Property Management. I became concerned and googled Urban Assets Holdings to find that someone had received the same letter from the same person and that person is not from Sun Property Advisors.

I called Sun Property Advisors and no one was able to take my call, but the message offered me to leave my message and a representative would get back to me.

I also called the number listed for Yvonne Gordon and received a very similar message.

When I opened the link, the it points out how you can get a check for $7100 by some date in March. It asked my age, but no where did it ask anything about my educational background. Again, I want to point out I indicated in the initial online application with Sun Property Advisors that I have a Master's Degree.

I have sent Yvonne 3 emails and left a voice mail.

I guess I'll just have to wait and see.

None of this seems on the up and up with me.

For the person who wrote about people "bashing" Urban Assest Holdings, perhaps you can provide us with numbers where we can actually speak with someone about our concerns.

Thank you.

I have no idea why someone is attempting to "bash" Urban Asset Holdings. I've been working at UAH for the last 4 years (in the Memphis area) and I have nothing but great things to say about our company. Once I applied for the job I also had to complete an educational survey due to the fact that I didn't have the required BA degree at my time of hiring. This is one of the few companies that pay for the employees to obtain their degree - while giving someone less qualified an opportunity at a decent paying job.
