Here's the mugshot of the person who created this fake complaint ( Danny Hyppolite) aka Dalyboy Hyppolite Belgason. He's the actual thief, he stole 20k from IBaka for a movie he stole..30 Days in Atlanta. He is a crook and now a felon!

Ahhhh..Dalyboy Belgason Hyppolite, you have entirely too much time on your hands. I have a life and time is money...so I'm gonna try to keep this short and sweet. First off, thanks for spelling my last name correctly this time, and actually...you misspelled Barrett's last name in your post this time. It's Dungy. You might want to get your spelling together next post and not make it so obvious that English isn't your first language.

Secondly, Barrett already knows about Versutus genius, nice try...who do you think taught me the biz???? Barrett and Trae are my family and have been for over 10 years and there's nothing or no one who can change that. You can't turn us against each other...

UHE is still prospering...15 years strong. Versutus is prospering and I'm ALWAYS going to be on Barrett and Trae's team. I'm sorry we don't want you on ours but your actions have proved we've made the right decision.

We don't have to steal money from people like you do...that's messed up how you stole 25k from iBaka for a movie you didn't own the rights to. It's all over the net how evil you are. Not only are your allegations absurd, they're just another example of why so many people hate you! We aren't even mad at you, at this point we really feel sorry for you. You're a psychotic, miserable, sociopath. Get a life and get over yourself...we have!

Be a real man and make a post with your real name Dalyboy Danny Hyppolite Belgason, and stop hiding behind a girl, lol. 

I'm the real employee and my name is Unique. I have been working here for over a year and I see everything, I know exactly what's going inside the office. I wish all the producers and filmmakers that submitted their movies to UHE could ask Barrett Dungy to see his bookkeeping report and all transactions checks from Walmart red box and all other companies they are affiliated with so they could see that they are getting less than they supposed to and Barrett lied to them about how much money he's getting for royalty checks. Barrett is making fake statements and refused to admit that I'm telling the truth. Barrett be a man and responsible for your actions. 

I, the "real" Unique Be'Ans, do not approve the above complaint, I did not and would not write such an egregious allegation. I have been an integral part of the company's growth and friends with Barrett for over 10 years and I look forward to many more years to come!

_{The filmmaker who posted to this site and used Unique Be’Ans name, not only misspelled her name, but has no knowledge of anything within my company. This gentleman is not under contract with Urban Home Entertainment or Faithwerks…as a matter of fact, I’d never even entertained a conversation with him until after this event took place. The truth is, that he became upset, after I turned down his film due to a post that some other producers made regarding him, online.  (Google: Danny Hyppolite Dalyboy Belagon Crooked movie producer fails to pay his crew and makes off with personal property!) I felt that this online conflict, along with a number of other incidents involving his past associates, would interfere in the distribution of the film.}

_{My decision to reject the film was firm, because I’ve built UHE as a professional and inclusive company, and I realized that working with him would exclude all of his previous contacts while bringing an unprofessional attitude into my company. Picking up his film would have undoubtedly led to unnecessary dramatics, as evidenced by the fact that not picking up his film, led to unnecessary dramatics.}

_{It’s a shame, that his negative professional history and youthful antics have stopped the very thing he was striving for, but with 68 filmmakers on our roster, we don’t have much room for the drama he so effortlessly embodies. Lastly, I’d like to express my displeasure with anyone who uses any of my staff to create fraudulent press, and diminish their good name along with that of my company. Actions taken in such a duplicitous manner will not be tolerated and will be handled with a swift hand.}

This is a fraudulent Rippoff Report written by an angry producer.We're going to turn the other cheek and not list his name or movie.

This claim has no validity as Mr. Dungy has developed a company with quality core values towards everyone and his business for more than 11 years. We'll take the 95% of satisfied partners and wish well the 5% of those individuals who are disheartened with our process, our disinterest in selling a particular project or anything else that can be tossed in the dissatisfied external/internal customer cauldron. We can't win them all but we will keep trying.

Proverbs 19:11 says, “Good sense makes one slow to anger, and it is his glory to overlook an offense."

That verse pretty much sums up the way in which Mr. Dungy and other members of the UHE leadership team view this fraudulent claim.  We've already moved on.  May God bless you, we pray that your film has continued success!
