I ordered a sample of Bellaplex on auto-ship which was the only way available. They shipped on 10/25/06...give it 7-10 days to be delivered...tried it, not satisfied so cancelled on ll/11/06. Now I'm told I had only 14days from date of shipment to cancel the order because I'm not getting my money back. This cost me $56.94, plus $6.95 for the trial size.
I'm told I have a credit to use on their other products. Which after the way I've been treated I don't want to even consider.In otherwords, you ask to try the product, they ship it give you less than 7 days to try it and decide either way. If you cancel after that brief period you will not get your money back. However, in the meantime they have started your auto-ship which arrives about the same time you are cancelling and you have to send that back also.
Big Rip Off...don't order anything from Urban Nutrition LLC.
