Hello,

Are you able to investigate this transaction? This company listed a Michael Kors Black Friday sale (http://www.michaelkorsblackfriday.com) and used a financial transaction company known as Real Pay (http://support.realypay.com/index), who is seemingly a CERTIFIED MCAFEE SECURE SITE, sold me two (2) fake Michael Kors pockets, however, only actually sending one (1). I have submitted numerous complaints requesting a refund. The company sold fake Michael Kors pocketbooks as authentic. I've even sent an email asking if the bags were authentic, they've responded, "100% authentic." Now, they are saying the company, who they brought the bags from, was busted for fraud and everything was confiscated. I have been given the run around regarding my refund. To add, recently I’ve discovered another website, listed as a facebook ad, with the exact same mode of operation (MO). Please take a look http://www.mk2013.us/. The office is in Asia; I believe China. Could you offer some assistance?

Here’s what happened…

I’ve ordered two (2) Michael Kors pocketbooks online from http://www.michaelkorsblackfriday.com, on Black Friday 2012. After several weeks and a few emails back and forth, I’ve received one (1) pocketbook and could instantly see it is not authentic Michael Kors. I’ve asked prior to purchasing, through the “contact me” option as part of their website, “Is this authentic Michael Kors?” They’ve replied to my direct email address via hotbuy2u@gmail.com under Jane Jone, “Yes, 100% authentic.” The same day, I’ve reached out through “contact us” to complain about the authentic, receiving only one (1) bag, and requesting a full refund. I’ve also complained through their “suppose” CERTIFIED MCAFEE SECURE SITE, financial transaction company known as Real Pay (http://support.realypay.com/index). From these many emails, I’ve been told the pocketbooks are fake and the company, which I believe is known as URFADDISH JEWELRY BEIJING (based on my bank statement transaction), brought them unknowingly from a fraudulent dealer, they have been caught by the feds, and everything was confiscated. Of course, I do not believe this. Reason being, no one disclosed any substance of validity, like the feds contact or anything else. We have been negotiating a partially payment but they will not agree to 85% refund, instead they want me to settle for 20% of my money. I paid $172.37 for two (2) pocketbooks and an additional $5.00 for the use of the secure financial transaction company. To this day I have not received a refund although they are standing on the claim that a refund was made. They do not provide any other contact information. Is there anything else I can do?

Here is my Wells Fargo bank draft…
