US Air Solution Air duct and vent cleaner was a joke! Internet VA

I got this “deal” through Amazon Local (kind of Groupon) for Full HVAC System Air-Duct Cleaning Plus Dryer-Vent Cleaning from US Air Solutions (The Voucher reads: cleaning of 1 supply duct system; unlimited supply vents; 1 return vent and duct system; and main supply trunks. Choose between one dryer-vent cleaning or 1 A/C unit checkup).

Made the appointment and they came home.

The first thing I notice being wrong was the 'cleaner device': it didn't have enough sucking power to get the 'dust' from any duct or vent. After mentioning to them, they disregard my opinion, saying that ‘this is the way it is’.

After “pretending” of cleaning some supply vents located on the floor, it came the time to clean the ones up in the bedrooms, which are placed on the ceiling. Well, the excuse was that "those vents have some tied screws to some kind of a pipe that if unscrew it will be difficult to tighten them again). Therefore, those vents were undone.!! (remember: the deal is to have unlimited supply vents cleaned).

Next was the damaging of my wall trying to remove the grilled of the main return vent (no word of excusing himself). Once the grille was out, one of the ‘technician’ placed his face inside to check and made a disgusting face-like ‘something was really wrong inside”, then he placed a small camera and claimed I had fungus inside (no other proof was done). He only said that it needs it to be cleaned and it will cost about $400 (with a guaranteed for a year), (without guaranteed, it will be about $300). He kept on trying to sell the fungus cleaning deal on and on…

Then it came the time to clean the dryer. Well, it is a gas dryer and therefore, they ‘could not move the dryer’ since it is connected to a gas pipe. They cleaned around it and that was it. Once again, I told them that my vacuum cleaner has more suction power than ‘that’. They say that is what their company provide them with, and which is approved for this type of cleaning.!

Repetitively, I told them that “My vacuum cleaner has more suction than their device” and that I was very dissatisfied with the service. No comment about it, but they just kept on trying to sell me the ‘fungus cleaning deal’ again!

Called the company directly next day to complain about it and told them the service was a ‘joke’: They disregarded me as well.

Likely, I complained to Amazon Local and they refunded me the money!
