US auto parts network Auto parts warehouse Overcharged additional fee's, difficult returns with restocking fee's, fraud charge card fee's, etc. internet California
Bought 4 auto parts, was charged 2 days in a row, hard work getting 1st charge eliminated. Shipping, taxes, restocking, brought my purchase to double what i thought i was paying at the beginning of order. Do not have their own warehouse for returns in lasalle il. (maybe same place as jc. whitney auto parts).
Customer service can't keep up with their order paperwork. Can't find out from the warehouse on a returned item. This company and i think auto parts wharehouse may be the same affiliated company. Beware, your odds of spending a LOT of your time to get anything done with them is very bad. I am a guy with much patients but this was over the top. There are many other internet auto parts companies that have giving me better prices and complete satification on the web. First compaint i've ever sent of a company, but the general public needs this!! Thanks for reading.
