US Bank/USB Visa Corporate bad business reports more than once on your credit report Minneapolis Minnesota

We recently pulled our credit reports to check them.
Lo and behold there was US Bank reporting a debt TWICE!

We have been disputing this debt with them since august.

Subsequently Equifax has removed it from the credit report, we still await experian and trans union to do the same.

my husband worked for radio shack years ago.
Radio shack used US bank cards for corporate cards.
it was NOT my husbands card!!
US bank initially upon many phone calls could not find him in the system! we were transferred so many times after each person could not find him in the system.
We were finally referred to AIG, their insurance company who subsequently COULD NOT find him in the system, apologized but had to refer us back to US bank!

I explained to them that not only is this NOT his debt but to make matters worse they were reporting it twice and NOW they couldnt find him in the system.

I finally was transferred to " jack" who then finally found him in the system ( two days, 10 phone calls, transferred at least 17 times).
I told him that we were disputing the information, not only was it inaccurate but they were reporting it twice.
He said he would remove one of the erroneous reports but not both because it was his debt!
Meanwhile it is scheduled to be removed this august from his report.

I demanded that he show me the actual application where my husband applied for the card.
" we dont have that information" youll have to get in touch with radio shack!!!!!

so.............
I call radio shack and a woman named cindy says that she doesnt know where the contract may be however she thinks it is in " a wharehouse" somewhere and it would take a week to find it if in fact it was there!

okay........
now, we are at a standstill on our big purchase waiting for this alleged debt to be resolved while two entities try to validate it!
HELP!!!!!
