Had to mail in tripclicate to them. I emailed latricia naylor, lillian allen sarah riggins and kathleen holt of bbb in 2 different offices. and US Cellular has tried every game to avoid the real issues.

Chicago Illinois but incident occurred in Tulsa retail location (corporate store NOT agent) at appx 71st St in Tulsa.

My phone was physclly dmgd, went to store to get new ph locally @
12 pm. No greeter, no retail "consultant" told me to sign in. Hence
multiple ppl tht came aftr me were seen first.

After waitng an hr and no contact, went to eat came back was seen 1 hr 30 min later by
Josh Lowe RWC. Explaind that I was several states away and needed a
phone urgntly. Credit check done and fine w $25 deposit.

Looked @
and picked ph, samsung galaxy s3. when it came to mkng an acct,
there was "an unexplaind issue" asked josh to trouble shoot he
"didn't know what to do"

he clld operation support after an extra hour i asked to talk to their supervisr, not grantd.

Then He called customer svc and couldnt get a "new local acct" to go thru claiming he still didn't know what was wrong.

No logical thought process used, he was nice but very loud, and divulged where i was from out
loud and then after 3.5 to 4 hr spoke to a help desk employee pretending to be a supervisor named "Unique".

  I told her I wanted a manager and she refused claiming none was available. Josh set expectation we'd get
service by that end of day as did help dsk wrkr named Unique. Instead when I asked for store mgr none was supposedly avail to try
other options.

No troubleshooting of trying to close "new " acct and try again done. No going to another pc, no trying another store
in area or out of state. No calling a mgr at another store or seeing about finding a mgr on duty anywhere to help!  No offering
to give me a loaner ph on my prepaid while trying to get post paid sortd out.

No offering to sell me a device for my prepaid so id be able to even call dad on fathers day! Josh finally had another
cowrkr sit by me listening to me complain to the suprvsr and then after 5 hr in store the other guy said I had to leave because it
was closing time, they were hungry and wanted to go home!

Josh was not mindful of volume of his voice telling everyone i was from *****, i dont care for ppl in a retail envt to know my personal
information. Further, I was left in a severe thunderstorm in tornado land phoneless, several states away with a company ive done business w for
years on FATHERS DAY unacceptable and abusive. since no other store had issues activating lines they said it was specific to me.

****Leads me to think they had no interest in helping me in the first place and could have told me 2 hr in that they needed to try OTHER
options. ****  ***Called back to CS spoke to Elizabeth in helpdesk who documentd a complaint and I told her I was going to BBB about this. 2nd sending (wording may differ slightly)
Unique offered $25 gwc I said not enough. Part of initial offer was waived actvn fee that wasn't added because of hassle. Elizabeth
offerd $40 gwc and waived activation and since i had to get service w someone else to have a phone IN A Severe thunderstorm something
their store didnt care about, offerd to pay any restocking fee for 'coming ' back to them. I don't care to speak to Unique again and
wish to talk to a customer relations retention worker/supervisor for better aid on this one. Its not about money per se at this
point I was treated in an abusive manner.

During the bbb process I was ferreted to a help desk worker again pretending to be a real supervisor and they are not. I am also a former employee of this company and it felt like i was being targeted in a passive aggressive manner due to previous history with the company. I used to work at a location where I had contact w Ms. Unique when she used to work in customer relations and when Stavey the so called supervisor who isnt in superivson works in her call center. I was mistreated, given fragemented inconsistent options, no plan of correction to get service started. Stavey n a call last saturday implied I may have ot apy for the line that was never set up and for which I NEVERgot a working phone. I am pissed and respectfully ask this company to be held accountable for its abuse and misconduct and for the employees in question to receive disciplinary actions
