In December 2009 in desperation I picked up and add with US Dept Help Center phone number.  I called and spoke to a Terry something, I am not able to remember his last name.  In less than 3 days I had inititialed and faxed copies of by bills to them.  I received a script to read to the creditors which state that US Dept Help Center was taking over.  Each time a creditor called me I would read them the script but some wanted a case number.  I even had creditors tell me they US Dept Help Center was not legit.  Well all in the mean time I was served with summons regarding some of the depts, I would fax the information every time and they would tell they would take care of it.  They were going to hand over to their negotiater. 

 In June of 2011 I was served agin with more papers and I immediatley called and I would always speak to some one by the name of Mandie Verberg or a Lindsey Sundria and they would always tell me that every thing would be okay.  All during the mean time two (2) creditors put a lean on my house.  When I called the help center and spoke to Mandie she stated that they don't guarantee that creditors would accept their plan of payment.  

 Most current in March I wrote to the BBB lf Michigan and explained to them that a creditor was stating they had not received any money and I owed $18.000.00 with interest and other penalties.  The help center they had made payments to Northland Group, which is a colletion agency.  I called Northland group and they told me they could not tell me anything other than my file had been sent back, back to where I asked.  The lady explined she could not say any more.  I still have this same credit co.  callling me and wanting their money.  $7, 440.00 is what the help center took to supposledy to pay of the creditor.  BBB closed stating that the company had provided information needed.  I read their comments and NO they did not.  Shame on the BBB.
