U.S. Direct Auto Shipping, A1 Auto Enterprises LLC, Autotranscorp LLC, MC Scam! Took my money and never shipped my car! Fort Wayne Indiana

I scheduled to have my car transported from Arizona to New York in May 2013 and now it's July and...nothing. I paid a $150 retainer through an online check and have contacted "Adam", my "sales professional" several times to see how long he expected it to take. I only have received two nasty emails in return telling me that if I paid more money, then maybe I would get my car shipped. I received one phone call in mid-June with a message saying that they could pick up my car the next day for $250 more than the original quoted price, and when I tried to call back "Adam", he was impossible to reach. I have reached out to the management several times to resolve my issues with having to pay more than the quoted price to get my car picked up and that it has taken more than 2 months for any service, but get nothing but rude emails in return, and I can't seem to get anyone on the phone. In short, this company is not reliable, and steals money from its customers via a $150 check non-refundable retainer and then never provide services. What a scam! I still have no return phone calls, no money, and my car is still in Arizona. Please save yourself the hassel and aggravation by hiring a more reputable company to ship your car.
