I am angry, extremely upset and frustrated with the services of U.S. Direct Express MasterCard issued by Comerica Bank as the U.S. Dept of the Treasurys Financial Agent.

I live outside of the United States and I signed up for the U.S. Direct Express MasterCard Comerica Bank to receive my Social Security benefits. I get my social security benefits though the direct express card at 1:00 a.m. on the 3rd of every month since June 2011.

On April 3, 2013 I didnt see my money deposited on the credit card so I called Social Security eight times and eight times they sent me back to Direct Express telling them the money is there and eight times Direct Express is telling there is no money neither pending or deposited on my credit card and sent me back to Social Security.

Today, April 4, 2013, I, again, called  CSR Direct Express at 2:00 a.m., and the person I spoke to, again, told me there is no money deposited and sent me back to Social Security.  I will contact Social Security AGAIN as soon as they open the office.

I have been a victim of fraud of U.S. Direct Express MasterCard and Social Security Administration. I have been ripped off my social security benefits of $892.  Both are giving me the run around and the money is still there in the system floating somewhere.  I live on a fixed budget and I cannot afford to have NO ONE steal my money that probably I will never see again.  I am confused and lost and dont know what else to do.

Definitely, I will close my account ASAP and sign for direct deposit through my local bank. ENOUGH IS ENOUGH!!!!

POSTED: Thursday, April 04, 2013

After many international phone calls on April 3 and April 4, 2013  to Social Security Administration and Direct Express Card and two emails sent to Comerica Bank, I was able to get my funds deposited to my account as of April 4, 2013.  Hallelujah!

I will close my account and sign up for direct deposit through a local bank.

Case is closed.

Thank you Jesus!
