Dear Rip-off Report,

I hope that no one makes the same mistake like myself to apply for a payday loan with U.S. Fast Cash!

I can't believe that I'm the only existing customer that has complained about their repayment plan! My loan with US Fast Cash was originally $300.00 USD and I notice that my total repayment of the loan will be $390.00 USD, which appeared in the initial written agreement. Well, I have ended up paying $360 total with just the interest alone in $90.00 USD bi-weekly increments!

Now there's a $50.00 USD plus a service fee deduction coming up the end of this week, which finally goes toward my principal balance! If you add everything up, THEY GOT THEIR MONEY BACK AND THEN SOME WITH A GRAND TOTAL OF $410.00 USD!!!

This is so sad that if someone like myself ran into a financial situation and would like to delay a scheduled payment. According to US Fast Cash, their computer system has locked the loan applicant into repaying their loan with interest fees on top and no way of changing his or her payments unless they present a written agreement or change of employment and compensation plan method on their job....

Rip-off Report, If you notice that I'm showing some disappointment and dispair with this company's service, then it's long over due how I really feel!

I will call their customer service department again this week and discuss my account situation along with an affirmative request to speak with the manager!!!

Please warn others to stay away from US Fast Cash for a quick loan, unless they just don't mind throwing their money away in paying them back with high interests and fees!!!

I'm sorry, but what you described in your complaint is exactly how the payday loan system works. It is best to pay these off in full when they come due the first time; better yet, stay away from them all together.

Yes, their interest is insanely high. Congress is finally looking at restricting the interest rates these loan sharks can charge.

As I read through the different complaints from payday loan customers, I'm getting the impression most complainers don't realize how payday loans operate. Read and understand what you are signing.
