on 04/28/2017 i was online and i seen an offer to receive a trial offer for a supplement claiming

to help you lose weight, all you had to do was pay for shipping and handling 4.95. at check out

it offered you a second product claiming to cleanse your digestive trac. so i placed the order for

both products. within a week i received both products and read over precautions and it informed

me to get my doctors okay before taking supplement so i did not open or take.

two weeks later on 05/12/2017 i was checking my bank account online and i noticed without

my authorization that natural garcinia was charging my credit card 89.97 to pay for that 1 bottle

of supplement i received whe i was told i just had to pay shipping and handling. so i called the

next morning and reached customer service and complained about them charging me 89.97, they

said sorry i didnt read there terms of service stating i would be charged after the 15 trial period.

they stated i could not get a refund if i open the product! luckily i did not open i received a return 

authorization number and the were going to deduct restocking fee out of my 89.97 refund me about 80.00.

while i was trying to cancel and get refund the agent helping me kept offering me big discount 

to keep the product of 50 to 70 percent off they would have refunded me i kept telling no

i wont my money refunded. as of today i am out of 100.00 for something i did not try

until i get a partial refund of about 80$.
