I paid a completely unnecessary fee of $149.00 for a service to renew my green card that I didn't need.

The service purports to offer you a service to renew your green card for $149.00. In fact all they do is transmit some very sparse details about your situation and then the Department of Homeland Security sends you a bill for $450.00!!

If this isn't a scam,con,rip-off, then I don't know what is?

Sincerely,

We apologize for the inconvenience encountered while accessing our website. We provide a service to help prepare immigration forms. We are not the USCIS and we do provide information about what services and products our website provides and where to get the forms at no cost on our home page.

Our online service simplifies the forms and walks customers through the applications by asking individual questions and making sure all answers coincide and are up to government standards. Once completing the service, the system will provide a completed form with simple customized instructions detailing which documents to send and how to properly mail everything to the USCIS or allowing to efile the forms.

If our services were not at all useful, we do allow for the cancellation of services and refunds when appropriate. Please feel free to contact us for any further assistance.

Thank you,

Us-immigration website misleading

I too paid the 149.00 for a visa renewal. The website is made to look just like the us government site. The credit card page is made to look like a verification page and the 149.00 pricing is in a small box in the upper right hand corner of the page. Also there is not a confirm and pay page so you are charged when you click continue. This site is very misleading to say the least.  Shame on the people who run the site!!! Disputing the charges for a full refund through my bank. Everyone else who falls for this sham should do the same.
