U.S. Immigration comes off as a legitimate US Immigration (ICE) agent. Website has what looks like a US Government symbol complete with Statue of Liberty sign. Not so. Any service, i.e. official forms, can be downloaded for nothing from the Official ICE site. However, these people and Immigration Direct charge an outrageous fee, and YOU do the work! Pay upfront $189.00 for a form you complete thinking it legit but when you are done YOU can't send it to ICE even though the site says you can. Bottom line: you pay for something thats free from the government. The only way you can send the completed form (a form NOT in government standards) is to call a number and the customer service will E mail you a link...This whole site is a fraud.

In your rebuttal you admitted too the charge of $189.00( lawyers charge much more) now you are saying YOU didn't charge me $189.00 but another company? I notice your answer was from the West Coast, Calif. And, Kate the form CAN be filled out on line! No help is necessary and as with most Gov forms it does come with instructions. Bottom line Kate you are a part of a sleazy organization apparently taking funds from people from the most crooked area of the USA, Miami, Fl. If it isn't your website, now, you are aware of its existence and it take steps to stop this fraudulent business. Strange though how if it isn't your doing you defend and explain, weakly, it meaning. And I must admit, you took me!

It seems as though you have submitted a payment with a different company. We are ImmigrationDirect.com and do not have a charge of $189. We cannot answer on behalf of who you have done your application with.
If you have any concerns regarding our website, we would be glad to help.
Thank you,

I might have been your intention too look legit non-government website, however, I no point did I see this as being a site with fees. The charge, $189.00 was outrageous for such a form. Yes, maybe an attorney might charge the fees you quoted but it was not my intent to file a simple form like this one and be charged. I have had three complete immigation's processed by ICE that I have completed without help. Therefore, the form I used LOOKED like a form from ICE that a individual with a little education could fill out. You got me this time! NO more. I will inform my many friends who are from the Philippines to be careful who they deal with. Incidently, the form or your website could not be forwarded(even thou your site said submit) without a link to somebody in your office. Live and learn. Should have know when I started researching you sleazy company and found it in South Florida home of the rip-off's

We
are very sorry to hear about your negative experience on our website. It is not
our intention for visitors to our website to think that it is an official U.S.
Government website; in fact, we plainly state on every page of our site that we
are not affiliated with the U.S. Government in any way. Additionally, we are a
.com site, not .gov.
Of
course anyone can go to the USCIS website and download the form for free;
however this is a blank form. For our fee, we are presenting you a completed,
mistake-free application with customized filing instructions.
We
have built a user-friendly system that guides people through various USCIS
application processes, step-by-step and mistake free. Many lawyers charge
between $750 and $1500 for helping individuals with their USCIS applications.
We charge significantly less for help with these applications, and we allow
users to take advantage of our customer service via email support 24/7 and phone
support Monday thru Friday 6am to 6pm PST.
Call
or email us if you have any issues with our service, we are here to help.

One thing

One obvious thing for any website like this is that the website is ended with .com. Government website ends with .gov only. If you see any .com, it will not be a government website period.
Advertisers above have met our
strict standards for business conduct.
