Do not use US LLoyds Insurance Co. Along with othesr I have had the same problem with my roof. They have come out twice and said no new roof is needed just minor repairs. My contractor keeps telling me I need a new roof. My contractor already knows I am going to use him and am planning on upgrading but he tells me this complany is not doing right my me. He mentioned going through the last process of arbirtration. Which will cost me more. I m going to go through with the last process. LLoyds are friendly up front but the are not reliable to fullfill their contract.
