US Media ripoff blatantly misrepresents value of and ability to use pricey Ultimate Discount Club then doesn't deliver on free offers Tempe Arizona

US Media is soliciting buyers for their promo, the Ultimate Discount Club, by telling potential buyers they get 36 months free magazine order, free grocery coupons, airline tickets and free vacation certificates with their order. After making the purchase of this package for $195, I discovered that these vacation certificates are available to anyone via the internet for a minute fraction of the cost US Media charges.

It cost an additional $15 to $30 per certificate to redeem each for the opportunity to make travel arrangements with still another company who adds some more charges to the whole process. I redeemed 4 of the certificates for a total of $80 only to find that 1 of the vacations had been discontinued for more than a year, and I have not been able to get my redemption fee back. Another redeemed certificate could not be used as it was advertised, because they had no accommodations for the 3 days/ 2 nights stay in a hotel in any of 3 locations, but had I upgraded to a condo vacation for more money, they could book me.

One certificate for air fare had expired, the other one was only for travel to their resort locations, and I still have not received my magazine subscrition nor requested grocery discount coupons.

Customer service is non existent with US Media, and it appears as though they only take your dollars and never really intend to provide useable products or services.
