In 2007, and again just recently in March 2008, I was contacted by phone with an offer for a 2 inch clear packaging tape. The price was outstanding as long as the product was correct and the price was as stated. Caution should be taken if the "sales" person you are talking to cannot take the order and has to "put a supervisor on the phone" to confirm the order.

In 2007 the material I recieved was half the length it should have been, was an inferior product and I was Invoiced for 3 times the agreed upon price and a shipping charge that was 3 times what it should have been. Now the hard part...this company has no interest in taking the material back and issuing a credit. I was put off several times being told all the "customer service reps were busy on other calls, but they would contact me. I continued to get invoice copies for the original amount.

After several weeks of hassles, they sent me an updated invoice with a significantly reduced price and reduced shipping. The time and hassle made this the most expensive tape I have ever perchaced. I was contacted again by the same company March of 2008 and assured all problems were due to bad warehouse people...all problems were now fixed. I was given the same offer for the tape and the exact same thing happened. Inferior product of a shorter length and an Invoice 3 times the agreed price with $35 shipping for a $9 box...Back to the customer service reps and weeks of hassle...WATCH OUT FOR THESE GUYS!!!
