US Online America Group US Online America Group Fooled me by their Contract, and I was Ripped Off! Tempe Arizona

In May 2006,in order to make some extra money, I purchased 60,000 Pop-Up Ads through Us Online America Group at a cost of $3995.00 US, along with a Processing Fee of $69.98 US, and a monthly recurring hosting fee of $19.99 US, for a one year period. In order to receive a commission, websites would be launched, paid for with the money I invested(named Satellite Direct TV and Dish Pronto Dish Network). I decided to sign up for the business venture. Right after though, I had some concerns and called them back. The salesperson I spoke with told me that because I had already signed up, I would not be able to receive a refund. He was so confident about me making money from this and said that I would be guaranteed the money I had paid, plus the potential to make thousands more. I soon found out that I had a 14 day return policy,which I was not told about.

It is now March 2007, and I still have not received any commission from this company. I realize that this company ripped me off and I may not be reimbursed for the total monies that I paid. I have checked the advertising to see the number of visits that have been made to my website, but there is a lack of advertising being launched by this group on my behalf. I have contacted the company asking questions about why I am not making any money, and they said it is because it is a time released program, and that some clients have made money early in their campaigns, while others not until the end. Also, I had the opportunity to retarget my campaign to different categories. After 10 months I would have expected to have made some money from the campaign, but I have made nothing.

Reasons for Wanting Money Refunded:
1. I could not break the contract upon signing, even though there was a 14-day return policy.
2. I have received no commission on the money that I have invested, and,I cannot afford to lose over $4000.00 US.
