Fraudulent activity with my passport renewel. Overcharged with Fedex shipping and reservation fee. I attempted to have my passport renewed with U.S. Passport Renewel LLC. I sent my passport package in according to the website guidelines. I received a phone call that my pictures were incorrectly done. Since I had the pictures done professionally at a Kinko's/Fed Ex location (with the special camera), this didn't seem right. I went to the Kinko's and had the manger there speak with the U.S. Passport people about what was wrong with the pictures. I had another set taken that looked exactly the same as the original set sizewise. At this point I called U.S. Passport Online to terminate service and send back my package. I received my package back in a few days thankfully but noticed that there wasn't any sort of refund posting to my VISA account. I called U.S. Passport Online LLC asking for a refund. "Tom Gainous" became excessively beligerent/harshly abusive with me on the phone when I requested a full refund for terminated services. This person "yelled and hung up the phone" on me!!! They let me know that they would "possibly" refund $54.00 from $129 charge once I paid them the full $129.00 first. This is fraud. They had no intention of ever completing the passport renewel process. I went to the post office and sent my passport package with the "original pictures."

Yesterday, 10/03/2013 I recieved my new passport via priority mail. There wasn't anything wrong with my original pictures. Passport Renewel LLC had no intention of completing my passport renewel process. They were ready to hit anybody involved with them with a $45 reservation charge and not supply the intended service. To add insult to injury, any interaction with account managers: Stephanie Radloff, Magdalena Lim, Mickey Smith, and Tom Gainous resulted in abusive, excesively belligerent phone conversation. Nobody deserves to be treated in this way without services rendered!!! I reported this to my bank connected with my VISA card and the VISA fraud department has since put a block on these charges! I want to file this complaint to publically let be known of the fraudulent service that U.S. Passport Online supplies.
