US Periodicals Inc. Paid $189.00 for a subscription but received NOTHING, kept being told it will arrive in the future and no refunds are given Phoenix, Arizona

I received a phone call from US Periodicals stating that I could get a great rate on a 3 year subscription to one of my current magazines that was nearing the end of it's subscription so I agreed and paid $189.00 for 3 years by electronic check. It has been 6 months and I have not received the magazine. I have called twice over the past 6 months and I was told both times that they would resubmit the order and it would arrive to me in the future. I contacted the BBB but they closed my case after they were told by US Periodicals that my subscription was resubmitted and it would arrive to me in the future. I lost $189.00 and have gotten nowhere in my complaints.

This customer never called us until there subscription ran out. We found out that the address was incorrect and resubmitted this order. Funny thing is now that this customer is now getting the magazine like they paid for...they have not updated this complaint to let you know that! That is why the BBB closed the case!!!
