This RIPOFF company will not issue me a check for a 3 day car rental reimbursement that their (the at-fault insurance co.) adjuster said I am entitled to. I decided NOT to have my car fixed and asked for approx. $70 for 3 days of car rental fees that would have been charged if I DID decide to have my car fixed.
It's money coming to me that I am entitled to whether I ACTUALLY rent a car or not! It's money that is designated to be paid to me due to their insured rear-ending my car! DON'T EVER BUY INSURANCE (AUTO OR ANY KIND OF INSURANCE) FROM U.S. SECURITY! THEY HAVE TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE & THEY WILL RIP YOU OFF JUST LIKE THEY DID ME!!!

Insurance carriers are only going to reimburse you for expenses you ACTUALLY incurred. If you didn't rent a car, why should they pay you for one? If you rented a car and they refused to reimburse you for it, then you could claim to be ripped off. But you didn't rent a car so you're not out any money and therefore you weren't ripped off.
