This company places an ad in the employment section of a local newspaper and it appears they are the U.S. Postal Service.

They even tell you, "yes there are the following positions in your area." But in order to pre-qualify you must take an exam. We will send you the exam and help you study; we also send you all the information about the positions. The cost is a total of $126.45. This includes shipping. You can request your money back whether you receive a position or not.

They then proceeded to charge my card twice. The refund process is not something that someone can actually do. They will not answer the phone to discuss or provide you with the needed refund number.
