U.s. Xpress Enterprises misleading drivers to come to orientation believing to be hired Chattanooga Tennessee

well was former us xpress diver for year and a half 2001/2002.had newborn baby came off otr for 3years but ran local and regional for other companies.decided to come back on road feb07 drove otr for another company for about a month while still on road called up us xpress and was to yes eligible for rehire.but said i needed at least 6mts recent otr/exp or regional consiting of at least 5 states.so i had that.

faxed in 10yr work history to recruiters and they got back in touch with me and said im good to go got me set up for orientation so i turned in my truck at current companys terminal and showed up to us xpress orientation.went thru whole orientation to get to the last day and they said they disqualified me,but wouldnt tell me why,

so after all the runarounds i finally found out it was for work history thats why the d.q. me.i was upset because they had my 10yr work history more than a week or two before i was to attend orientation to drag me all the way to georgia to tell me they wont hire me because of work history.so i was never assigned a truck and never paid.

so i went to orientation at the company im at now and got hired and during my orientation my recruiter called me in and said us xpress said i was just up there the previous month and they terminated me...i told that recruiter i didnt even get to finish orientation they disqualified me so therefore i never got rehire.so the company im with now picked me up.
